Salary: $80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field is essential. We seek individuals who take their craft seriously.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React is mandatory—being merely familiar won't suffice.
• Previous experience with AWS or Azure will be a significant advantage.
• A problem-solving mindset is crucial; you should enjoy deconstructing challenges and formulating innovative solutions.
• A strong passion for product quality, performance, and delivering exceptional value is a must. If you're not dedicated to excellence, this may not be the right role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in hands-on development by writing clean, efficient code using JavaScript, React, Elixir, Rust, and Python.
• Collaborate on the design and architecture of our ultra-fast, infinitely scalable backend systems.
• Innovate in real-time communications to deliver instant connectivity, rapid performance, and superior user experiences.
• Address challenges related to database management, security, and cloud deployment to keep Thundr.com unstoppable at any scale.
• Contribute fresh ideas and tackle advanced problems that conventional tech struggles to address.
