**⚒️ Key Qualifications of the Content Production Assistant📝**

🎥 Strong video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)

🎨 Graphic design experience (Figma, Canva Pro, Adobe Suite)

🧠 High attention to detail in layout, typography, and brand consistency

⚡ Ability to work quickly in a high-output environment

🔁 Comfortable iterating fast and applying feedback

📱 Understanding of platform-specific formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn)

**Responsibilities of the Content Production Assistant:**

**Your responsibilities include:**

* **Video Production**
* Edit long-form videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal events
* Create daily short-form video content from raw footage or clip-farming sources (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
* Apply branded motion graphics, captions, overlays, and templates
* Resize, reformat, and export platform-optimized versions for multiple channels and profiles
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to maintain quality and brand consistency
* **Graphic Design & Visual Asset Creation**
* Create brand-aligned graphics, thumbnails, social media visuals, and carousel posts
* Design presentation decks for weekly internal/client gatherings and major events
* Produce visual assets needed for website rebuilds, landing pages, and marketing materials
* Maintain and update brand templates, style elements, and asset libraries
* **Content Adaptation & Repurposing **
* Convert long-form content into multiple short-form variations
* Leverage AI tools (OpusClip, Kaiber, Runway, Midjourney, etc.) under guidance to accelerate production
* Clean up AI-generated outputs and prepare final delivery-ready assets
* **Support Tasks**
* Organize project files, asset folders, and content archives
* Implement feedback quickly and collaborate with the Marketing Manager on revisions
* Ensure creative deliverables adhere to brand guidelines

* Full Time, 2am to 6am MNL
* Be available during business hours to communicate responsively with your direct supervisor and teammates 
* This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere
