JOB TITLE: Integration and Test Engineer

LOCATION: Moorestown, NJ

PAY RATE: Up to $60/hour

Summary:

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of both in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems.

• Translate contractual and technical requirements into test solutions that align with project constraints related to schedule, cost, and functionality.

• Develop and execute integration and test strategies for complete systems and subsystems

• Define and manage input/output parameters, interface specifications, and system integration

• Solve hardware/software interface issues across components and subsystems

• Review and derive requirements for testability; develop test plans, procedures, and schedules

• Coordinate test activities across cross-functional teams and programs

• Analyze test results and prepare detailed evaluation reports to verify/validate system performance

• Document and track discrepancies; perform regression testing to confirm issue resolution

Requirements:

• Interim or Active Secret Clearance (Candidates without clearance will not be considered)

• 2 4 years of hands-on system and/or subsystem testing experience

• 2 4 years of experience working in a test lab environment

• Experience with integration and testing of COTS/GOTS and internally developed solutions

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Adaptability to shifting priorities and schedule changes

• Proactive problem-solving and initiative in fast-paced environments

• Proven ability to manage test documentation and support cross-team collaboration

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
