We’re partnering with a growing company in the Lafayette area to hire an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic . This is a great opportunity for skilled mechanics looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and strong benefits. New grads are welcome to apply, training is available and pay is negotiable based on experience.
Full-time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$25–$35+/Hr. DOE
(Pay dependent on experience and skill level)
Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment
Service aerial, industrial, and hydraulic systems
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Work safely and efficiently in shop and field environments
3–5 years of heavy equipment mechanic experience preferred
Experience with heavy equipment, aerial equipment, industrial machinery, and hydraulics
Must have own tools
New graduates encouraged to apply (training available; pay negotiable)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
