Responsibility:

• Greet visiting patrons in a courteous and friendly manner by checking proof of membership (pool passes and ID) and collect guest passes or fees if needed.
• Maintaining complete sign in sheets/guest log and answering facility telephone in a courteous manner.
• Responding/assisting with patron concerns in a professional manner with an emphasis on trying to help and referring members to management to deal with any problems if necessary.
• Understand all pool rules and be fair and consistent in the enforcement of the rules,
• Maintain a clean work area and never leave gate/entrance unattended.
