Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized, comprehensive care during the transport of critically ill and injured patients using advanced flight nursing techniques.
• Document patient assessments, treatment details, and billing information accurately during stabilization and transport.
• Facilitate effective communication with management, internal teams, and external clients to ensure seamless operations.
• Support public relations and marketing initiatives for the organization.
• Maintain a strong knowledge base through mandatory meetings, training sessions, and clinical rotations.
• Hold and update required certifications and licenses while practicing under medical protocols to ensure exceptional clinical care.

Requirements:

• Active RN license to practice in Arizona.
• Minimum of 3 years (preferably 5) in critical care or emergency settings.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS ; NRP and instructor certifications preferred.
• CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
• Prior flight or transport nursing experience preferred.
• Successful completion of education/orientation program.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
• Must meet clinical personnel weight requirements (under 235 lbs ).
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation and communications.
• Successful completion of pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity testing, and drug screening.
