At Century Fence , we're looking for a sharp, driven Estimator to join our La Crosse team. You'll be the mastermind behind our commercial fencing projects-turning blueprints into accurate bids and helping clients build boundaries that last.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking ownership of your territory-scheduling appointments, managing travel, and jumping on bid opportunities like a pro
• Visiting commercial properties to scope out the scene-measuring, analyzing, and understanding the lay of the land
• Reviewing plans and drawings to figure out exactly what fence goes where (and how much it will cost)
• Estimating materials, labor, equipment-if it's part of the job, you're pricing it out
• Crafting and submitting proposals that win projects and impress clients
• Building strong, lasting relationships with customers

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in fence construction, sales, or related work (you know your way around a job site)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints without breaking a sweat
• Top-tier communication and negotiation skills-you're confident, clear, and persuasive
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical stamina to handle the active side of the job: walking, lifting, climbing, etc
• A valid driver's license and reliable wheels-you'll be on the move
