Your work will help shape the development backlog and drive improvements in user experience. **Responsibilities Will Include:** + Gathering and implementing businessrequirementsto benchmark a portfolio of applications. + Analyzingfeedback and data sets + Providing business recommendations to internal partners based on quantitative and qualitative data. + Improving,enhancingand developing specific datasets based on opportunities + Driving processes improvement and automation of lead generationapplication. + Coordinating with Data & BI TeamUsersdata support and training. **What You Have:** + Degree in Software Engineering or Data Science + **Business Analysis:** Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to solve business issues & vulgarize results for a large and diverse audience. + **Effective Communications:** Demonstratesexcellent communication skills,is abletoexplain analytics toProduct Owners and Software Engineering teamsand experience and at the same being able to interact with Data Engineers on technical details. + SQL, Snowflake, Big Query + Experience with App Dynamics, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau + Ability to manipulate data and create meaningful visualization. + Aftermarket services understanding. + Basic programming skills in any language. **Top Candidates Will Also Have:** + **Software Engineering:** Knowledge of software engineering; ability to deliver new or enhanced fee-based software products. + **Software Product Business Knowledge:** Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manageinstallbase, current uses,future plans, and product vision. + Tableau and any data visualization software. + Advanced programming skills in any language such as Python. + Project management. + Track recordof getting things done. + Fast learner. + Ability to work independently and reach out ina timelyand relevant manner. + Ability to influence other groups and teams. **What You Will Get:** Working with a Fortune 100 leader, you can build your career on a global scale and take advantage of development opportunities with emerging technologies.
