Data Quality Analyst - Join Our Purpose-Driven Team!

The Role

We're seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join our Enterprise Data team in Greenville, SC. In this role, you'll be the guardian of our data integrity, ensuring that the information powering our business decisions is accurate, consistent, and reliable. You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement data quality standards that ultimately help us better serve our customers.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and assess data quality across our cloud systems, developing scorecards and dashboards that keep our data health visible
• Define and implement data quality rules that improve our critical data assets
• Conduct root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend solutions
• Utilize tools like Atlan and programming skills (SQL, Python) to automate data audits and validation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data quality standards meet their needs
• Develop and maintain enterprise data quality metrics and KPIs
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data used in core operational reporting

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or data management
• Strong knowledge of data quality principles and methodologies
• Experience with cloud environments and data warehouses
• Programming skills in SQL and Python
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
