Schedule: Wed–Fri + every other Sat | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (overnights)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Training: Mon–Fri | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM for at least 3 weeks
Job Summary
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Customer Service Associate for an exciting job in Springdale, AR.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for assigned external customers.
Review, analyze, and respond promptly to incoming email inquiries (up to 300+ daily).
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams.
Use multiple dispatch and scheduling systems including TES, LME, Four Kites, OTR, Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network, and others.
Understand internal policies, procedures, and platforms relevant to customer operations.
Apply problem-solving skills to identify cost-effective solutions and service improvements.
Resolve issues impacting scheduling, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
Maintain complete and accurate account information and documentation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service or transportation/logistics.
Experience:
Customer service experience beyond call-center environments required.
Dispatch or logistics experience is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (heavy email volume management required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent conflict management and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Positive attitude, strong problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
