JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

CT Tech

Full-Time

CT Tech candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

• Following established protocol and under the medical supervision of certified radiologists, CT technologists will produce computerized tomography scanner radiographs of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed by the physician in order to interpret and diagnose patient disease or injury.
• Technologists will assist the radiologists on procedures as needed and be responsible for supervision of student
• Radiologic Technologists assigned to them. Encourages and maintains good customer relations.

Available Shifts:

• Weekends Only: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9a - 9p (Main Hospital)
• Weekends Only: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7a - 7p (FSED)

Weekdays: Monday- Thursday 8:00p-6:00am (FSED)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

CT Tech candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• One year of CT experience preferred. Candidates DO NOT need to have acute care experience for HCA Florida West Hospital. However, for the FSED opportunities they need to have acute care experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferred
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School

Salary Range: (2yr)- $27.17; (5 yr)- $29.42; (10yr)- $33.59; (17yr MAX)- $36.15

Shift Diff:

Evenings: $2.00

Nights: $3.75

*Wknd: $3.50

*West has a stipulation on the weekend shift diff. It has to be your regular scheduled shift to get it.

On call: As needed

SIGN ON: $20k

Relo: Case by Case Basis
