Amazon MGM Studios is home to tremendous comedy, drama, and IP based content including Fallout, The Boys, The Rings of Power, The Summer I Turned Pretty, Reacher, Terminal List, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Project Hail Mary, The Tomorrow War, Road House.

We are hiring for a Creative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support three Senior Creative Executives on the Genre Series Team. This includes heavy scheduling, rolling calls, managing submission logs, and supporting departmental functions for each team. You will gain a first-hand look at Studio TV development and series production.

Key job responsibilities
This role includes heavy scheduling, call volume & rolling calls, heavy travel organization, expenses, management of databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation. The successful candidate will be able to effectively prioritize, manage multiple deadlines and competing needs, and have excellent communication with their executives to help balance workload between the three desks. They should have an interest in TV development and a deep understanding of the Prime Video slate and the current television landscape.

A day in the life
This is an administrative assistant role with no flexibility on leveling. They will support three senior creative executives. We’re looking for someone who knows the basics of the administrative assistant role, and who can effectively prioritize tasks and anticipate needs. Proactive problem solving, adaptability and an aptitude for creative development are key markers of success in this role. Ultimately while we will look for a candidate who can handle the requirements of this role, we also want someone who has the potential to grow over the years here and develop into an executive.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience assessing industry talent and trends
- Experience as an assistant in a scripted department at an agency, studio or scripted production company
