Main Function
Join an established, supportive anesthesia team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Geneva, NY. This full-time, direct hire role offers a unique blend of professional fulfillment and true work-life balance with Monday Friday hours, no call, and no OB.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective anesthesia care in both the operating room and surgery center
Collaborate with a skilled surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care
Tailor anesthesia plans to meet individual patient needs
Maintain compliance with clinical policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Work within a physician-led health system as an employed clinician
Education and Experience
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensed or eligible in New York State
Nursing education specialized in Anesthesia

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range of $200,000 to $225,000 plus incentives
