Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Care Representative. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient support to ensure a positive experience with our company.

Duties

•Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
•Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.
•Resolve issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
•Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
•Follow company guidelines, policies, and quality standards during every call.
•Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
•Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems at once.
•Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
•Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required — training will be provided.
