We're hiring Bank Tellers to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio! Bank Teller Be the face of trusted financial service. About the Role As a Bank Teller, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service. You'll assist with a wide range of banking needs-from opening accounts to guiding members through loan applications-while ensuring compliance and promoting financial products that meet their needs. Employment Details: Contract Duration: 5 months Work Setup: This position requires full-time onsite presence. Location: Cleveland, Ohio, 44199 Pay Rate: $18 - 20 per hour Key Responsibilities: + Assist members with account services including checking, savings, IRAs, trust and estate accounts + Process consumer, mortgage, equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applications + Analyze and resolve issues related to member accounts and loans + Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and accurately + Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and deepen member relationships + Perform platform banking functions and support branch operations + Provide guidance and support to Level I team members + Ensure compliance with federal and financial regulations + May assist with vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures + May serve as a Branch Office and/or ATM vault custodian + Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED required + At least 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller or in the financial services industry + Strong customer service and communication skills + Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment + Familiarity with banking products and services + Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards + Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting Ready to Make a Difference? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
