Do you love to bake from scratch? Our team is growing and we need you! We are searching for a Baker to join our amazing team! 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
• Produce items according to the daily Production Schedule.
• Follow the recipe and production protocol explicitly, carefully weigh and measure all ingredients as specified, to the gram.
• Pay close attention to every batch for quality control.
• Maintain a clean and organized space during production.
• Follow standard safety practices while handling all products and equipment.
• Complete and file daily production logs.
• Assist with taking inventory of ingredients.
• Coordinate with other team members to create a daily plan and timeline.
• Always be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency.
• Follow all health code regulations and complete Daily Cleaning Checklist.

Requirements and Skills:

• Current Food Handler's / FoodSafe and Respect for Safety and Hygiene Standards (can be completed upon hire).
• Can physically handle long periods of lean production techniques.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, multiple times a day.
• Ability to stand on your feet while working.
• Two years baking experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 15-20 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday.

Schedule:

• Day shift.
• Morning shift.

Work Location: In person.
