Job Title: AI-Assisted Testing Engineer (Snowflake Cortex Specialist)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement AI-assisted testing solutions for our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environment. This role will focus on leveraging Snowflake Cortex capabilities to enhance data validation, regression testing, and automation for state implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven testing frameworks for EDW systems using Snowflake Cortex
• Develop automated test strategies for data quality, transformations, and performance validation.
• Integrate AI models to detect anomalies, predict data issues, and optimize test coverage.
• Collaborate with data engineering and QE teams to ensure seamless integration of AI-assisted testing tools.
• Create reusable components for automated validation of large-scale data pipelines.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI models for accuracy and efficiency in testing workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Snowflake platform, including Snowflake Cortex and its AI/ML capabilities.
• Expertise in data warehouse testing, ETL validation, and data quality frameworks.
• AI implementation experience in E2E validation from Snowflake to Power BI (Dashboard & Reports) for visualization, source to report data, & data refresh.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and familiarity with Snowpark for AI/ML integration.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development and deployment in data testing scenarios.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing AI-assisted QE solutions in large-scale data environments.
• Understanding prompt engineering and LLM-based testing automation.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
