- Thursday: 2:30pm-6:15pm

- Saturday: No Work
Expected Hourly Rate: $20.00

THE ROLE - Lead groups of students through structured sports, games, and activities based on the Elevo curriculum.
- Engage students in sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, kickball, and more.
- Support kids’ behavioral management needs with empathy and patience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches.
- Lead outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning.
- Serve as a positive role model to help build kids’ self-esteem and emotional wellness.
About You - Have been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
- Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
- Can improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed.
- Are approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids and families.
- Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model.
- Ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated timeframes.
Additional Requirements - Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening.
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused roles strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in coaching or leading sports preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to engage in the following activities with or without an accommodation:
- Ability to constantly move about to accomplish tasks or move from one place to another frequently.
- Sitting or standing for long periods.
- Occasional running and other strenuous physical activity.
- Ability to move safely on irregular and/or uneven terrain on a regular basis.
